Teleseminars is a good way to create a new product - and make money in the process. Indeed, even if you offer the seminar for free, you can offer the transcripts and/or mp3 recording - and many people will order them after the seminar.
First, you run ASK campaign to find out what people want to know. Then you make an interview with a specialist. You create a product from this interview (aduio/transcript). You make money by selling it - or by offering it as a bonus, etc. while selling something else.
